Edwin Gift Box For Baby Edward

Hiya everyone, I hope you are all well and having a good day, the weather has been horrible here all day but to my great delight the postie brought me this little lot that I won in Emma's Crafty Challenge what an amazing prize though, there is so many goodies.

Will definitely be having a play with those this afternoon.

I might not be around too much over the next few days as I have my next hospital appointment tomorrow and I am already feeling a bit run down so I am sure I will be a bit drained and tired after the hospital , it's just tests so doubt that I will have much news but I will be scheduling a post for tomorrow and will update it when I get home.

No card for today, instead I have the gift box that I  made to put my baby nephew Edward's gifts in when he finally arrived. I was actually going to do a gift bag using an old primark or holland & barrett bag as we normally have about 100 of them sitting around the house, but do you think I could find one when I wanted to use one? Nope not a single one to be found anywhere lol so I ended up using a cardboard box instead.

These are what I bought for him,

This is the box I had ........

And this is what I made from it.

I used cheap papers from the works the Tattered Banner die from Tim Holtz and a Magnolia edwin stamp which I coloured in with Promarkers and Flex markers, a little bit of string and a basic tag.

I would like to enter this in to the following challenges,
Ditzy Crafty Mess Challenge Blog - Challenge No.5 - Baby Theme Or Anything Goes

Just before I go I wanted to give you a quick peek at a new digi that I have just put on my  website and remind you that the DT call is still open on my new Challenge blog.
