Evening all, I hope you have all had a good day, I have been trying to take it easy but it does get a little boring and I don't particularly enjoy doing nothing so I have another card to show you.
I would like to enter this card in to the following challenges,
Diva's By Design - Challenge 19 - It's a sketch
Penny Black Saturday Challenge Blog - Week 186 - Floral Frenzy
I really did go floral with this one, although I am not really convinced I like it, it seems a bit busy with all of those papers (which were all freebies from Crafts Beautiful magazine last year), what do you think?
The image is made up from two of the clear stamps in the Penny Black Wonderful Day set and coloured in with promarkers.
Thanks for reading this post, as always I love to read your comments,

Valentines Tag
Morning all, I hope you are all well and having a good day, I feel a little better in myself today but still not right and my fingers are still swollen so I am trying to take it easy (which I am not very good at lol). Thank you for all of your lovely comments they are very much appreciated.
This morning I have a tag to show you, I don't often make tags but I am finding that I quite enjoy the change from cards lately.
I would like to enter my tag in to the following challenges,
House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge Blog - Challenge # 112 - Love & more than 1 heart
Delightful Challenges - Weekly Challenge - Valentines anything but a card
Craft-Room Challenge - Valentines
Crafty Ribbons Challenge - Challenge 11 - Love is ..... red and black
Ditzy Crafty Mess Challenge Blog - 1st Challenge - Anything Goes
To make my tag I used a sheet of embossed Core'dinations card stock which I then embossed the heart shapes on to using a board from the Crafter Companion Ultimate Pro, next I embossed the medium heart shape on to black card stock and the small heart shape in to more of the Core'dinations, I then sanded the Core'dinations pieces and layered them all. Next I punched a hole in the top and threaded through some thick black ribbon. I then stamped my image from a House Mouse rubber stamp set from Joannna Sheen and coloured it in using Promarkers, I then cut him out and stuck him in to place. Finally I added a heart charm and a bow made from thinner black satin ribbon to the top to decorate.
Thank you for reading this post and as always I love to read your comments

Sweet Owl card
Hiya everyone, I hope you are all well and having a good start to the week, I am still not right I don't know what has caused it but I seem to be right out of sorts at the moment, my head is still playing up, I am all aches and pains and to make matters worse the two fingers that I use for writing and drawing have swollen up really badly for some reason which is making typing quite difficult and painful. Anyway sorry for going on but I just wanted to explain why I am not commenting as much at the moment and why sometimes when I do comment the comments are little shorter, so sorry about that and if I have missed out your blog for a little while please do leave me a comment and tell me and I will do my best to get over and comment.
Here is a card that I have made using some of the Sweet Owl papers from Desmet Designs
To make this card I have used a 6"x6" card blank and two papers from the Sweet Owl collection, the stamp I used is The Owl from Gorjuss and I have coloured in using promarkers. I have then used some pink satin ribbon, some gem hearts, some flowers and a little ribbon that came from a pair of pj's tied in to a bow to decorate.
Apologies for my description not being up to it's normal standard but I am finding this to be hard work today.
I would like to enter this card in to the following challenges,
Sweet Stampin Challenge Blog - Animals (the owl)
Cute Card Thursday Challenge Blog - Challenge 201 - Your A Gem
Passion For Promarkers Challenge Blog -Week 133 - Recycle Something (The bow was made using ribbon from pyjamas)
Thanks for reading this post, I am off to take a rest, as always I love to read your comments.

PanPastel Challenge Blog - Challenge 3 - Glitter & Glitz
Morning all, It's that time of the week again where we start a new challenge over at the PanPastel Challenge Blog this weeks theme is Glitter & Glitz and once again we have a fantastic PanPastel trial kit (colours may vary) for the lucky winner from our regular sponsor Your Creativity Store. Don't forget that you can use any medium to enter so everyone can join in and we love to see all of your beautiful creations.
So this is what I made for this weeks challenge,
Ok so this is a pretty simple one, I used a white A5 card blank, I then took a white sheet of A4 card stock and added colour to it using PanPastels blending the different colours in to one another as I went.
I then stamped it with the peacock feather stamp from Indigo Blu (the greeting is also from the same stamp set), when I had stamped out my feathers and my greeting on to the card, I cut out them to the size I wanted and used an EK Success corner punch on all of the corners. I then stuck the panel with the feathers on to the card and used a quickie glue pen to to add the 3 different colours of glitter to each of the feathers.
Next I took my lady (who had been part of a christmas card that I thought was too pretty to throw away so I cut her out and reused her) I used a the quickie glue pen to add glitter to her as well to highlight her and then stuck her in to place. I then stuck the greeting in to place as well and added irridescant shimmer dots to each of the corners on the card to finish.
Thanks for reading this post I do hope you will all come over to the PanPastel Challenge Blog to join in and see all of the wonderful inspirational projects that the DT have made. As always I love to hear any comments that you have.

Tilda Oval Easel
Hiya everyone I hope you are all enjoying your Saturday, I am on the pain killers and migrane patches again today, my head started thumping last night and hasn't stopped since so I am quite tired today and thought I better blog my card before my brains turn completely to mush lol.
Todays card I have made for a few challenges, while I was making this I didn't think I was going to like it but it seems to have turned out ok in the end.
I would like to enter this card in to the following challenges,
Stampin For The Weekend Challenge Blog - Challenge 2 - Embossing
Moving Along With The Times Challenge Blog - Challenge 133 - Blooming Marvelous
My Mums Craft Shop Challenge Blog - Challenge 41 - Flowers
The Official Magnolia Inspiration Challenge - TOMIC # 34 - An Oval Card With Embossing
Hotshot Craft Blog - Challenge #3 - Flowers
To make this card I took an A3 sheet of white card, scored and folded it to make an A4 card base, then as I don't have any oval dies large enough I drew around a paint palette to get the shape and cut it out. I then drew around the palette again on a sheet of A4 white card and cut that out. I then scored and folded halfway down the top half of the oval card base and stuck the other oval to the front half (being careful to make sure that I only stuck half of it so that the easel mechanism would work).
I then cut out an oval and a half oval from a loose sheet of patterned paper that I have had for ages and stuck them to the front and the inside of the card. Next I cut out a circle and a half circle from a paper from Crafters Companion Fairyopolis paper pack and stuck them in to place.
The next step was to take another sheet of white A4 card and cut a long thin strip off it which I then dry embossed with stars using embossing boards that I got free with magazines. I then took the remaining white card and dry embossed my large stars using a board in the Crafters Companion Ultimate Pro and cut them out. When I had finished my embossing I used blue PanPastel mixed with a little mica powder to colour the white embossed card and highlight the embossing and also used a little to colour the white area's on the inside of the card base as well.
I then stuck my embossed details in to place and stamped out my image using a Magnolia Tilda stamp (the newest edition to my collection lol) which I coloured in using Promarkers and cut out and stuck in to place. My greeting was from a pack that came free with Cardmaking and papercraft magazine.
Finally I stuck all of my little blue flowers around the edges of the card and added gems to the points of the large stars.
Well I hope that all makes sense as I definitely cannot claim to be the most "with it" person today, thanks for reading this post and as always I love to read your comments.

Pretty In Pink
Evening all, I hope you are all having a good day. I would like to say thank you to all of you who read today's earlier post, went to have a look at the post and left me such lovely comments, I really do appreciate it.
Today I have a card that I have made for a couple of challenges using another of the animals that I drew the other day. I would like to enter this card in to the following challenges,
Charisma Cardz Challenge Blog - Challenge 3 - Pretty In Pink
Totally Tilda Challenge Blog - Challenge 38 - Tilda With A Non Domesticated Animal
Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog - Simon Says Anything Goes
All of the papers on this card and the ticket strip are from the Echo Park Be Mine collection (I have nearly used them all now and it's very upsetting lol), the flowers are also made from the Echo Park papers, I have tried to make flowers like these several times before and not been happy enough with them to actually use them but I was quite pleased with these ones. The flourishes are cut out using a Mariannes Design die and the stamp is from Magnolia, I drew the hippo and coloured both in using Promarkers, I also wrote in "Tilda's World" using a fine liner pen on the ticket stubs and added some pearls to finish..
Thanks for reading this post and once again thanks for the lovely comments on today's earlier post they really do mean a lot to me, as always I love to read any comments that you have.

Good Friends
Hi everyone, I hope you are all well and have had great crafty days. Is it just me or did blogger get better for a few days only to start being a pain again? it seems to me like it worked properly for about 3 days.

Love in Black and White
Evening everyone, I hope you are all well and having a good day. I am doing a bit better today, still not 100% but I have had a nice relaxing playing with my PanPastels and as long as I don't move to much it's not too bad, thanks for all of the lovely comments wishing me well yesterday they are very much appreciated. As I can't show you or tell you about most of what I have done today yet (as it's DT stuff) I have made this as well, so that I had something to show you.
To make this card I have used an 8"x8" scalloped card blank, a sheet of black A4 card stock, a sheet of white A4 card stock. I used a heart stamp, perfect medium black and white embossing powder and a heat gun to emboss the heart design on to the black and white card, black on black and white on white as I think this looks so pretty, unfortunately it doesn't show up very well on the photo's. I used dies from Mariannes Designs for the frame and the flourishes and I have stamped out my House Mouse image using a stamp from Joanna Sheen and glittered the embossed area of the frame using black glitter and a quickie glue pen. I added black and white ribbon with hearts on it and black and white flowers as embellishments and I wrote out my sentiment with a fine liner pen.
I think that's everything lol, I would like to enter this card in to the following challenges,
Stampin' For The Weekend Challenge Blog - Challenge 24 - Out With The Old (both the stamps, the embossing powder and the ribbon are all things that I have had for ages)
House Mouse & Friends Challenge Blog - Challenge # 111 - It's All Black And White
WOW Embossing Powder - January Challenge - Love
Thanks for reading this post, as always I love to read any comments that you may have

With Love
Hi again everyone, firstly sorry my last post was a bit brief I have chest pains again today and it makes it very difficult to concentrate, but I have a bagpuss wheat bag shoved down my top now to help ease the pain and it's feeling a little better with the heat on it so I thought I would come back on, explain and post my other card whilst it's not so bad. I swear sometimes when I am having a bad day the postman must have the shock of his life when he knocks on the door and I answer looking all pale, dark circles under my eyes, migrane patch on my head and looking quite a lot like the hunchback of notre dame because of the bagpuss wheat bag in my top lol.
Anyhow I hope you are all doing well and here is a card that I made today to enter in to the following challenges
Magnolia-licious Higlites Challenge Blog - Sweet Crazy Love Blog Hop Challenge (love theme)
Magnolia Down Under Challenge Blog - Challenge # 130 - Use The Colours Of Your National Flag (UK Red, White and Blue)
Crafty Bloggers Network Challenge Blog - Challenge #10 - Distressing
Sweet Stamps Blog - Challenge # 51 - Love
Sketch Saturday Challenge Blog - Week # 191 - Sketch
Creatalicious Challenges - Challenge # 30 - Love
Penny Black And More - January challenge - Love And Hearts
To make this card I have used an 8"x8" scalloped card blank, some red Core'dinations card stock and some blue Core'dinations kraft core card stock, an embossing board from the Crafters Companion ultimate pro (and also sand paper and a dust buddy). For my image I used a Tilda stamp from Magnolia and Promarkers to colour and the greeting is from a greeting stamps set that I think is Dovecraft but not 100% sure on that. I have then used ribbon roses, ribbon and a pearl heart slider to embellish, along with hearts that I drew and cut out from more of the Core'dinations card stock and used a white gel pen to highlight.
Ok I think that's everything, sorry if I have missed anything, I think it's time to put bagpuss back in the microwave as he is cooling down now (lol that sounds terrible! don't worry he's only a wheat bag!).
Thanks for reading this post, as always I love to read any comments that you have.

Tilda On Safari
Hi again,
Here is another card I have made for the Totally Tilda Challenge Blog - Challenge 38 - Tilda With A Non Domesticated Animal, as you can enter up to four times in this challenge and I really wanted to have a go but I am new to Tilda stamps and don't have any of the animal ones yet so I drew some of my own animals to go on my cards with Tilda. I hope that's ok (I have also drawn Tilda a little pair of binoculars too).
To make this card, I used an A4 sheet of green card which I scored and folded to make my stepper card base, I used my handmade bubble paper for the sky and Mariannes Designs Icicle die for the grass (the butterfly is also a Mariannes Design die). I used the Summertime Tilda stamp from Magnolia and drew the lion and binoculars, colouring them all in with Promarkers. I then added a few pearls to the butterfly as finishing touches.
I hope you like my little lion, you may well see a couple of other animal cards over the next couple of days as I drew a couple of others as well.
Thank you for reading this post as always I love to read any comments that you have.
